Internship Opportunity


Forum Partners is a real estate investment management firm with over USD 1.2
billion of capital under management on behalf of institutional and individu
al investors worldwide. Forum specializes in investments in leading and emer
ging listed and private real estate companies. Since its founding in 2002, F
orum has invested in over 40 companies in 16 countries in Asia, Europe and N
orth America. Forum seeks to create innovative property investments and fina
ncial solutions across the capital structure, from equity, to hybrids, to de
bt.

There is an internship opportunity currently available in our Beijing office
.

Internship Start: from the beginning of May;

Duration: at least 3 months

Salary: to be negotiated

Successful candidates are expected to 1) be MBA students; 2) be good at writ
ing research report in Chinese (good English writing is preferable); 3) be f
luent in English; 4) have a good understanding of financial methodologies, s
uch as IRR DCF, NAV and etc; 5) be proficient in Microsoft software, such as
word, excel, PPT and etc; 6) be able to work under pressures.
