Responsibilities:
Lead ateam to support and achieve sales target within agreed expenses budget. Develop team by training and coaching, upgrade their MWO product knowledge and application expertise. Make sure individual personal development is well considered and supported. Support Marketing, and global team to make sure a competitive customer value proposition is developed and delivered appropriately through systematically monitoring Shell MWO product performance. Work closely with global technology team especially step-out countries technology team to develop MWO technical service capabilities in China. Manage MWO technical knowledge by gathering and building up Shell MWO product, reference database and competitor MWO product database. Improve customer satisfaction through prompt to response to customer requirements including technical questioning and technical troubleshooting. Work with Cluster Technical Manager to make sure the alignment of standard workflow, formats, technical website, etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor degree or above, preferred Chemistry background. Solid experience and knowledge in Metal working Oil (MWO) product application Track record in delivering results and successfully leading a team Strong presentation and influence skills A good team player, can work under pressure Experience in multinational company is an added advantage Fluency in speaking and writing English
