职位描述： Job Responsibilities: 1.Process engineer to support new chemical plant. 2.Scale-up and qualification of products including project planning & execution. 3.Responsible for safety, cost reduction, quality improvement,and customer satisfaction for assigned area of responsibility. 4.Provides technical support for product & product troubleshooting. 5.Responsible for safe operation of the process with support from EHS organization. 6.Initiates or receives project assignments and completes assignments without detailed instructions. 7.Initiates and performs technical activities leading to improvements of existing products. 8.Extensive interactions inside and outside of the department.Frequent contacts at all levels of 3M managements as well as with internal customers and suppliers.
Qualifications: 1.Excellent oral and written communication skills including English. 2.Master's Degree in Chemical Engineering or Fine Chemicals. 3.Work experience as a process or manufacturing engineer in a chemical production facility. 4.Previous work experience with a multi-national company is a plus. 5.Previous work experience with polymerization processes is a plus.
