You are responsible for HW related development projects in Beijing SRC site. Your daily tasks are to manage HW development team, allocate resources (internal ans subcontracted), HW project's general management (planning, execution, reporting and communication). In addition you are responsible of HW and eletronics competence gathering (team recruitment, technical guidance, external partners) and competence transfer to BGs (delivery shipping, resource transfers)
