ESSENTIAL FUNCTION / RESPONSIBILITIES:
* With the supervision of a Ph.D scientist, support new product development and customer issue resolution.
* Independently handle projects related paperwork, including electronic data entry
* Understand basic experimental design principles; follow up on testing results.
* Perform data generation and analysis, ensure the data are completely consistent, accurate, and reproducible
* Willing to learn and follow standard workflow process
* Support raw materials management
* Independently perform certain chemical and/or physical testing experiments in the labs when necessary
QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS:
* Good command of polymer physics, chemistry and analysis
* Good communication skills in mandarin and English
* Familiar with MS Office and data statistics
* Bachelor degree in polymer or chemistry related major is preferred
* Welcome fresh graduates
