If you answered yes to these questions then we have a position for you as we build the Beijing, China-based development, test, PM and UA team for hosting solutions! The Hosting Solutions team is looking for a talented, proactive and highly motivated Software Design Engineer in Test to join us to help deliver the next generation of hosting service solutions on MS products and technologies.
As a member of Hosting Solution team, you have lots of opportunities to learn and work on a multitude of technologies, from our own orchestration code base which manages and provisions hosted solutions, through to a variety of Microsoft products in multi-tenant environments such as Windows Server, Exchange, SQL, SharePoint Server, SCOM/MOM Server, etc.
In this position you will
1. Make sure that our software is indeed robust, secure and ready for the millions of users around the world!
2. Be responsible for designing and implementing test infrastructure, planning and implementing the automation of test cases, and designing and implementing various test tools with the most advanced Test Methodologies in the industry
Qualification
Ideal candidates will be passionate about building great software and will thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
1.Bachelor or Master degree in computer science or related disciplines with outstanding academic achievements.
2.Strong analytical, design, debugging and testing skills required.
3.Proficiency in C++ or C# is required.
4.Being customer focused and detail-oriented is highly desired
5.Strong oral and written communication skills are required in both English and Chinese.
6.Positive attitude and team work oriented required.
7.Experience with Windows API's, COM, and .Net, SQL technologies is a big plus.
