If you answered yes to these questions then we have a position for you as we build the Beijing, China-based development,test, PM and UA team for hosting solutions! The Hosting Solutions team is looking for a talented, proactive and highly motivated Software Design Engineer to join us to help deliver the next generation of hosting service solutions on MS products and technologies.
As a member of Hosting Solution team, you have lots of opportunities to learn and work on a multitude of technologies, from our own orchestration code base which manages and provisions hosted solutions, through to a variety of Microsoft products in multi-tenant environments such as Windows Server,Exchange, SQL, SharePoint Server, SCOM/MOM, etc
In this position you will
1. Make sure that you deliver software components that are robust, secure and ready for the millions of users around the world!
2. Be responsible for designing, implementing and debugging the product features and unit test tools for Hosted Messaging and Collaboration (HMC) product which is used by world-wide hosting companies!
Qualifications
Ideal candidates will be passionate about building great software and will thrive in a fast-paced and highly collaborative environment.
1.Bachelor, Master or PhD degree in computer science or related disciplines with outstanding academic achievements.
2.Strong analytical, design, coding, and debugging skills required.
3.Proficiency in C++ is required. Proficiency in C# or web page design is a big plus.
4.Strong oral and written communication skills are required in both English and Chinese.
5.Positive attitude and team work oriented required.
6.Experience with Windows API's, COM, and .Net, SQL technologies is a big plus.
