职位描述：
Responsibility:
1.IT Systems Support
·The implementation and support of ERP (MBS AXAPTA), processes to include:
-Finance
-Inventory management
-Sales
-Master Planning, Production and Invoicing
·Systems administration to include user permissions and profiles
·Running of system batch jobs
·User support of Smarteam PLM system
2. Network and IT Infrastructure:
·The procurement and installation of IT hardware, to include servers, PCs, laptops, printers...etc, this will be to a specification defined by KAB Seating UK.
·LAN Hardware including all cabling, switches, routers and cabinets.
·The maintenance of 'local' accounts to include the unlocking of user accounts and permissions to directories held on the China server.
·The installation and setup of user PC software, safe storage of licence codes.
·Telephone infrastructure to include, call management, phone switch, internal telephones, voicemail and video/visual conferencing systems.
·Maintenance of multi-functional devices/ photocopiers
·Bar-coding hardware to include scanners and printers
·Wireless equipment including access points.
·Blackberry's and/or mobile contracts
·Systems Backup - including the safe storage and rotation of data tapes.
·Remote VPN connections.
Requirements:
1.Qualified in IT or Business related subject.
2.Experience of Network Management.
3.Experience in the implementation of ERP systems
4.Think clearly and logically - ability to resolve technical problems.
5.Have good communication skills.
6.Good level of written and oral English
