-ordinates all the PMO internal and external project activities.§ Supports Transition &Transformation Project Managers to head each aspect of Transition including: Technical Towers, HR, Finance and administration, Assets, 3rd party contracts, Governance, etc.§ Assists in acquiring staff and material resources for the Transition program and on
-going support projects.§ Leading the overall communications between customer and support team.§ Ensuring that all on
-going support activities are consistent, congruent, and integrate with the overall Deal Project Plan and customer Transition plans.§ Supports the Technical Lead in execution on
-going support activities.§ Establishing and ensuring that appropriate Quality Assurance processes are maintained.§ Escalating major support issues to the Steering Committee with recommendations on how to address.Responsible for project communication and project reporting both to Customer and Steering Committee during on going support.
