Process EngineerJob Description:
1. Support process setup in new mfg site including internal and external facility.
2. Involved in new IT transformation as the representative of Global Manufacturing.
3. Work with Dev/BT/IT/Mfg. etc. related functions for integrated projects.
4. Drive for mfg process integration /improvement of Lenoveo China/Lenovo SZ mfg plants.
5. Pass all kind of audit.Requirement:
1. Functions as a true participative , positive value
-add member of any work team, inside or outside IIP
C. Willing to sacrifice their individual goals or measurements (or change them) for the good of the team and/or the organization if necessary.
2. Can use English to write emails, meeting minutes and related documents. Can use oral English to talk with customers, foreign colleagues etc.
3. Ability to train, plan, check work of, and assign work to project personnel and ability to manage multiple simultaneous HR projects/program as well as other job duties, as well as the ability to work under deadline and pressure to meet business objectives and critical deadlines.
4. General understanding of other teams functions and relations with work.
5. Deliver technical support on time and quality.
6. Know the general Organization Development.
7. Good understand of new product development process.
8. Open mind and good execution.
9. Good business sense, distinguish problems urgency, analysis the root cause from all prosibility, start the recover plan quickly and properly, analysis the BOM setting and checking all relat information, get help from relative support team at first time.
10. Understand the EC follow and BOM strucutre in SAP . Know the CTO, rework, DOA, WI release process. familar with IBM related rules.
