JOB DESCRIPTION:
1.Assists program management with execution of process documentation.
2.Ensure consistent, timely and transparent communications between all functions that are part of product development including, Program management, Concept Management North America, Product Management, Quality control and Quality Assurance, Safety, ID, IB, Graphics, Sourcing, and any other function that interacts with product development teams.
3.Process all documentation for approval.ensure approvals and upload to doc management system of all milestone and program development documents.
4.Attend weekly meetings and update weekly schedules with assistance of program management.Take weekly meeting minutes during team meetings.
5.Assist all functions when necessary on implementation of Corporate ETM Policies and CNS Milestone process
6.Support and improve product development system.
7.Anticipate the needs of core team deliverables.Track schedules when necessary.REQUIREMENT:
1.Must be fluent in English.College degree a plus
2.Must be able to coordinate multiple projects simultaneouly.
3.Excellent organization skills a must.
4.Must be assertive and be able to anticipate the needs of the coordination team and program management.
