Must:
-Understand & be deeply involved in the operation of the Creative Dept.
-Daily translation
-Paper translation of staffs’ performance review
-Provide daily assistance to GECD, includes: answering phones, arranging calendars, filling out timesheets & reimbursement applications, etc.
-Arrange travel and provide notice to relevant parties.
-Assist GECD with the preparation of presentations or speeches.
-In charge of Creative Award issues, such as sign up and follow up (collect and deliver creative works, make the payment, communicate with the judge panel for any questions, announce our winning if any metal, etc.)
-Familiar with the filling of Creative works (starts from Advertising Agency first).
-Engage in liaison, application & follow up for prizes running (starts from Advertising Agency first).
-Assist GECD for team building and training.
-Arrange CD meetings, take minutes and follow up.
-Coordinate cross disciplines
-Liaise with Regional teams
-Support group/regional activities
-Help GECD on his private issues, and payment application
-Draft letters for GECD when necessary.
-Bio collection of senior creative people (ACD & above)Nice to have:
-Basic maintenance on office facilities
-Remind GECD for staffs’ birthday, wedding date, etc., buy flower or gift for them when required.
