职位描述/要求： Location: BeijingField: Technical ServicesResponsibilities：Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, technical support to customers and sales staff for airborne sensor products.Duties include conducting product installation at customer’s site; product operation training, communicating with customers to resolve problems, troubleshooting problems by running the products on Windows operating systems and image processing workstations, performing product demonstrations, reporting bugs and proposing design changes to software engineers. Providing technical assistance in the development and maintenance of marketing materials for the China sales manager (i.e., images, graphics, CDs and/or videos, etc.) and marketing/demonstration databases. More than 50% of time will be on travel to customer’s site.Requirements：
-Bachelors degree in photogrammetry, surveying, Geomatics or related fields is recommended.
-Experience using these products or equivalent products is preferred.
-Requires the skills of a trained professional who has knowledge of photogrammetry and related disciplines including GPS, surveying, geodesy and cartography.
-Ability to handle electronics repairs. Previous customer support experience desired.Prefer the following：
-Digital photogrammetry experience.
-Experience with repair and installation of digital airborne systems
