- Develop process standards and undertake effective control
- Provide timely support to operation and solve process and equipment problem
- Improve fiber manufacturing process and technology
- Improve product quality and productivity performance
- Responsible for relevant software maintenance and development Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above with major in Inorganic Material / Polymer Science/ Textile Mechanical Engineering/Electromechanical or other Chemical/Physics related subject - Experience in VB/VC/Auto-CAD is preferred
- Knowledge in project management
- Strong analytic and problem solving ability
- Good work attitude and teamwork
