职位描述/要求： Reception/Administrative (前台／行政)Candidates must be reliable, highly organized, have great customer service skills, and be able to excel in a deadline
-oriented work environment. The following general items are required to be eligible for consideration:
· Shanghai citizenship,
· High School Diploma (College Degree Preferred)
· Excellent language skills (written and oral) in English
· Excellent written & verbal communication skills in both Mandarin and English
· Interested in travel and tourism industry
· Superior computer skills (MS Office Suite in a network environment
- a skills test may be required), and
· Ability to obtain an Interim and Final DoD SECRET security clearancePosition
-specific duties include:
· Front desk reception responsibilities.
· Maintain calendar and schedule for meetings and conference room use.
· Receive and route incoming phone calls.
· Handle administrative support requests via email and phone.
· Maintain the on
-line phone directory and emergency contact lists.
· Backstop the Facilities Manager.
