-oriented, and a highly organized individual who is capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.Key responsibilities:
1.Provide Administrative support to Business Manager for 60 person creative studio comprised of computer programmers, graphic artists and designers engaged in the development and marketing of next
-generation online games.
2.Includes special projects as well as routine tasks such as filing, document preparation, managing office schedules, answering phones, working in databases to maintain critical contact lists, travel arrangements, etc.
3.Process expense reports, invoices, research and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies, etc.
4.Maintain files and organization of office.Job Requirements:The ideal candidate will have a college degree or will be currently attending college
-level courses. The successful candidate will be a self
-starter, highly resourceful and an excellent communicator. Proficiency in spoken and written English is critical. The successful candidate will be highly competent with computers, Windows operating system, and thoroughly familiar with Microsoft Office software, including Microsoft Excel.
