We are Seeking highly motivated junior-level TECHNICAL RECRUITERS for our office in Beijing, China (SOHO)
The Technical Recruiter responsibility includes recruiting the best IT talents in the industry.
Qualifications:
computer science or relevant major, any degree
Proficiency in oral English (and working 10pm-9am，four workdays)
Ability to screen potential candidates
Excellent oral presentation skills
Understanding of IT technologies
Knowledge of web based applications
High energy & Self-starter & Results-oriented
职责：
支持美国的客户经理工作，负责国外候选人的招聘工作
具有积极热情的工作态度
负责跟外国候选人的第一轮电话沟通，并提供相应的面试评价报告
（工作时间为：晚10点-早9点，4个工作日）
基本要求：
具备优秀的英语口语能力
具备快速浏览英文简历的能力
具备优秀自我表达能力与人际交往能力
有强烈的学习欲望，强烈的自我激励意识，有活力、有激情
有IT相关背景优先考虑
