职位描述：
Responsibilities:

Developing targeted buyers and/or renters of office and business buildings available of the company;
Exploring and establishing beneficial relations with office and business building owners who prefer to property brokerage services;
Following and organizing business negotiations between the potential renters and office and business building owners, providing high-end services for both sides.

Requirements:
College diploma or higher is a must, graduates majoring in property management, marketing and foreign languages are preferred;
Impressive communicator at good health condition and with elegant appearance plus willingness to face challenging jobs involving great pressure;
More than one-year sales experience is a must, sales representatives without professional experience in real estate industry are acceptable;
Integrity, sincerity and perseverance team-players are preferred;
Excellent English proficiency in listening, speaking, reading and writing is necessary, applicants with overseas study experience would be recruited as foreign-funded property consultants.
University undergraduates with excellent English proficiency and commitment to real estate brokerage are as well encouraged to apply for the positions.
