Responsibilities:-
• Plan screening, searching and selection processes through predictable performance system and profiling tool (30%):
a) Accurately interpret clients’ person specification and identify suitable applicants through effective job-matching;
b) Implement appropriate methods (advertisements or directories) to attract appropriate applicants; and
c) Interview applicants within equal employment opportunity guidelines and establish competencies level against that of clients.
• Prepare the resume of the candidates and put it forward by presenting to clients and sell it for interview (30%):
a) Use appropriate persuasive ability to sell the job to the applicant;
b) Communicate all requirements of the job to the applicants;
c) Be involved in salary negotiation package;
d) Conduct reference checks;
e) Follow up all placements, develop and maintain good relationships with applicants to ensure loyalty;
f) Send special thanks or congratulations card to candidate within 1 week of the successful placements; and
g) Resolve problems and complaints from permanent candidates or clients in an effective and timely manner, including guarantee period.
• Maintain accurate and complete records on all clients and candidates. Ensure continuous growth of the candidate database whilst maintaining its integrity throughout all dealings. (30%):
a) Ensure all clients and candidates information and all relevant paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently;
b) Maintain accurate daily and weekly figures required by Manager
c) Produce realistic timetables and targets for own achievement, communicating any problem with Manager.
• Develop business contacts to enhance company image. Deliver a quality service to customers (10%):
a) Ensure company best practice is adhered to at all times;
b) Maintain required quality service levels to promote a professional image e.g. answering the phone and greeting applicants / visitors to the required standard;
c) Maintain quality housekeeping standards at the branch and workstation;
d) Ensure company professional image is portrayed at all times through own appearance and manner.

Requirements:-

- 1 + year experience in executive search or HR related fields;
- Can handle case individually;
- Ever serving for famous multinational client is preferred;
- Fluent English presentation skill;
- Initiative, teamwork, and responsible.
