Record and update operation activity in system and responsible for E2E TAT and Service level TAT performance target Coordinate and communicate between Sales team and support team to ensure operation efficiency and Sales productivity saving Answer Sales teams question and query for product price and fundamental product configuration questionQualificationsEXPERIENCE & SKILLS REQUIRED Bachelor degree or above in computer science or IT related background Good communication skill and coordination capability Strong knowledge and interest in IT industry and product Excellent oral Korean or Japanese special and basic English writing and reading capability Strong sense of responsibility and industrious Team work and strong willingness to learn and development in operation management
