Responsible for implementation of our Supply Chain Corporate Responsibility audit programs, processes and systems to produce the outcomes needed to fulfill the ISC audit strategy and protect our brand. Responsible for implementing the Motorola global CSR supplier audit programs to ensure Motorola suppliers have the necessary programs in place and that they comply with recognized standards and the laws within each respective country. Position will be responsible for directly and regularly consulting with the supply base and integrated supply chain organizations to implement the program. This position will interact heavily with the Supplier Quality and Procurement organizations along with direct dealings of our suppliers.

Scope of Responsibilities/Expectations

· Facilitate and participate in supplier CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) audits
· Assist in the Supplier CSR Self Assessment process,
· Compile self-assessment and audit results to assist in appropriate risk ranking of our suppliers.
· Escalate to management any priority red issues
· Assist the third party CSR auditor(s) and facilitate efficient completion of assessment activities.
· Track multiple audit components during on site audits, insure proper classification and documentation of audit findings
· Ability to convey CSR performance requirements to supplier and train to standards as required on site
· Drives Corrective Actions to completion in a timely manner, possesses the ability to utilized software tracking programs

Requirement： Specific Knowledge/Skills

Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) is required.
