Description
Job Summary:
- Support HP Global Omega users for all three regions (EMEA, AMS and APJ)
- Update and maintain the Omega system on business level (L1/L2) with daily basis,
- Generate monthly Omega compliance and project cost reports.
- Keep the service with acceptable SLAs
- Create metrics reports as requested
- Offshore delivery based in Shanghai HP GDCC office
Qualifications
Qualification:
- Working experience >= 1 year
- Bachelor degree or higher in finance,foreign trade,business administration or related (Mandatory)
- Strong at communication skill with fluent spoken/written English (Mandatory)
- Result through team-work and pro-active attitudes (Mandatory)
- Strong at data analysis / business level L1/L2 support skill
- Good at Excel and Brio practice
