IBM业务咨询部现在浙江做一绩效管理实施推广项目,客户为一大型国企(涉及浙江的9个地级市),需招聘全职实习生3-4名,要求MBA或管理类专业研究生(人力资源相关专业优先,研二及以上),8月至10月需出差3个月左右。

本项目需要较强的文字表达能力和口头沟通能力,出于交通成本考虑,应聘者需为浙江省内大学在读学生或浙江籍学生。

Project Area Description Performance Management Implementation Project
Internal Job Description

The candidates are expected to work effectively with project team and client in delivering Performance Management Implementation projects, including HR regulations, job descriptions, KPI management, and competency management design, change management, enterprise transformation management, etc. Major responsibilities include:
1.Support the performance management implementation in the client organization
2.Develop variety of templates and samples of performance management tools for client
3.Provide training and coach to defined audience during implementation
4.Deliver quality deliverables and make convincing recommendations tailored to the defined audience
5.Analyze and Modify HR regulations
6.Review and Modify job descriptions
7.Generate and break down KPI
8.Set up competency model
9.Organizational Performance Management system
10.Individual Performance Management system
11.Assist in Project Management Office
12.Contribute to team work and Cooperate with other site team members to maximize the value created for project delivering
13.Manage client relationship in organization transformation projects
14.Analyze and prioritize clients’ request

Qualifications An MBA or equivalent degree from top business education institutes is strongly desired.

Desired Experience (e.g. type of work, projects, area of business etc).

1. Minimum of internship experience in Human Capital Management projects, or equivalent experience of Human Capital Management experience in large industrial companies
2. Experienced in Job Description develop, KPI design, competence model design, organizational and individual performance management
3. Problem solving abilities in creating structured approaches, identifying & prioritizing business issues, and developing actionable recommendations
4. Qualified leadership skills in planning & controlling task progress, motivating client team, and networking project internal or external relationship
5. Effective interpersonal & communication skills, including interviewing, presenting, facilitating, coaching, training and negotiation skills
6. Strong self-motivation with a value framework for integrity, teamwork, quality and execution
7. An MBA or equivalent degree from top business education institutes is strongly desired
8. Human Capital Management Related Major is strongly desired
9. Fluency in English and Mandarin is required. Willingness to travel to fulfill responsibilities
