Job Requirements
Graduate students with HR background; related internship experience is preferred;
At least 4 working days per week available for 6 consecutive months;
Attention to the details is a must;
Proactive, responsible and responsive; Good organizing and planning skills; High team spirit and can work under pressure;
Proficiency in M/S applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, etc.) is a must;
Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
Job Responsibilities
Recruitment and Staffing
Update and manage job advertisements
Conduct CV screening and telephone screening
Conduct interview arrangement and coordination
File resumes and maintain CV database
Prepare the documents for new employees on board
Help to prepare the documents for P-file
Maintain Employee/Candidate basic information
Assist in campus recruitment project
C&B
Collect the attendance report, OT form and leave application form
Confirm the attendance for interns
Training
Conduct courses nomination collection and consolidation
Handle course delivery related tasks, such as documentation (Sign form, Evaluation form, etc), attendance confirmation, training room set up; expenses calculation; evaluation form summarization; certification copies and filing
Maintain training courses file and employee training record according to procedure
Others
Handle medical and kindergarten expense claim
Help to prepare relative HR reports as required
