Goals/Mission
The key target of purchasing group is to place PO to overseas and domestic vendors and trace their delivery and customs clearance to ensure spare part availability within shortest time.
Tasks
1.Place purchase order in SAP system
2.Communicate with venders to ensure part delivery within shortest time
3.Collaborate with BW to ensure customs clearance within shortest time
4.Collaborate with Schenker for incoming part inspection and receipt
5.Update info in "part life" and communicate with customer service representative
