Goals/Mission:
1.Place PO to overseas vendors and trace their delivery and customs clearance to ensure spare part availability within shortest time
2.Monitor and control material stock
Tasks:
1.Place order in SAP system
2.Communicate with venders to ensure part delivery within shortest time
3.Collaborate with customs to ensure customs clearance within shortest time
4.Collaborate with Schenker for incoming part inspection and receipt
5.Update info in "part life" and communicate with customer service representative
6.Others assigned by Superior
Knowledge/Languages:
1.SAP MM module know-how
2.China Customs regulations
3.Warehouse management knowledge
4.Basic problem solving skills
5.Basic negotiation and risk management skills
6.Good Excel skills
Experience:
1.experience in service business
2.experience in supply chain management
Location: Songjiang district( shuttle bus between XinZhuang subway station and company)
