Job Description
* Responsible for providing technical support to customers in the Greater China and global customers
* Answer telephone hotline and web based inquiries from customers regarding Red Hat software
* Analyze problems with non-functioning software to identify problem areas and recommend corrective action
* Use professional concept and exercise judgment within defined procedures

Job Requirement
* Bachelor degree or above in technical related discipline or equivalent
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Chinese
* Excellent learning skill
* Excellent understanding of Linux/Unix and Open Source technology will be preferred.
* Experience in kernel, TCP/IP, LDAP/NIS, NFS, SAMBA and storage (like SAN/NAS/iSCSI) will be preferred.

Note:
The internship will last at least 6 months
A FULLTIME job
By the end of internship, permanent position will be offered to those who are excellent.
