INTERNSHIP FOR SECRETARY (1 POSITION)
Outing-SSC is a sourcing/trading company that offers a range of services for foreign companies purchasing products in China in the field of stationery and office supply. We are opening a new internship for secretary, we offer an opportunity to practice professional English daily and gain experience in a dynamic working environment.
Job description:
- Organise meetings and trips.
- Communicate with external agencies (I.T., marketing, layers…) on specific projects.
- Research information in our field of expertise using web tools and associations.
- Organize and follow up the payments and contracts
- Good knowledge of Microsoft pack office
- Good written and spoken English
- Knowledge of accounting is an advantage
- Motivated and hard working
- Well organized
- Very focused and detail-minded
- Strong ethics with impeccable integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
