OUTING-SSC is a sourcing/trading company based in Shanghai that offers a range of services for foreign companies wanting to import Chinese products to Europe and Asia in the field of stationery and office supply. In response to a growing demand, we are opening a new position for an account manager assistant. For the right candidates we offer real challenge, the opportunity to acquire new knowledge and a competitive package.
Position 1: Account manager assistant (stationery specialist)
Job description:
- Manage a portfolio of client accounts
- In charge of communication, sourcing, negotiation, production follow up, quality control and logistics
- Frequent travels in china to visit factories and attend exhibitions.
- Graduate from International business or English major prefered
- Good knowledge of Microsoft pack office
- Good written and spoken English
- Motivated and hard working
- Well organized
- Very focused and detail-minded
- Strong ethics with impeccable integrity
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
