Goals/Mission
The key target of return group is to return defective part and new part to vendors within shortest time. At the same time, they shall communicate with vendors effectively to ensure credit received asap.
Tasks
1.Monitor part return after delivery from BW
2.Place return PO in SAP system and create GA form
3.Prepare related documents and collaborate with BW to apply for VAT and customs duty exemption for warranty and new part return
4.Collaborate with NNS or Schenker to ensure earliest return flight booking
5.Communicate with vendor for credit release asap
6.Update credit info in "part life"

1.SAP MM module know-how
2.China Customs regulations
3.warehouse management knowledue
Experience
1.experience in service business
2.experience in supply chain management
3.Working experience in multinational company is preferred
