工作职责：

 你的产品陈列体现你的商业政策
 管理你的库存
 通过管理损益表及采取积极措施，来预估并实现你部门的经济目标。

职位要求：
- 中国国籍，大学本科以上学历；
- 热爱运动，经常参与体育活动；
- 热情坦诚、脚踏实地、活力、有团队精神及有责任心；
- 良好的沟通和表达力、积极上进、具有管理潜质；
- 海外留学背景、英文流利者优先。

Mission: Be Responsible for One Department of Sports in a Store

You manage our own company (your department) with full autonomy
- You define your ambitious long-term project
- You build everything to reach this project
 Your team through recruitment, training and management
 Your merchandising to translate your commercial policy
 You manage your stock
 You control and anticipate your economic through Profit and Loss management and action plan if necessary
- You lead your department to develop your business through the long term customers’ satisfaction
Profile:
• Chinese nationality, fluent in English
• University degree in China or/and abroad
• Sportive, practicing regularly one sport
• Responsible, dynamic, vital, frank, concrete, demanding
• Have long-term project to develop yourself within the project of the company
• Good communication skills
• Manager or potential manager
