Position Specification:

Develop NIS customer, service customer and potential customer, build up the relation with the customer, and develop service market. Find out the need of the use of the elevator from the customers to increase the income of reconstruction of old elevator for the company.

Basic Accountabilities:
1. Developing the modernization market and signing the contract.
2. Processing the modernization project.
3. Good communication with the client and developing the service market.
4. Accessing finance to get service fee.
5. Making the MOD plan and complete it.
6. Fill out the visit report; cancel report, lost report etc.
7. Accountable for service market data analysis & customer management.
8. Analyze the need of the reconstruction of the elevators, increase the income from this kind of activity, responsible for the contract sign of reconstruction of old elevators, and book the goods, responsible for the harmony between installation and handover.

1. Complete the MOD plan.
2. Revenue
3. Training course and effect
4. Leader ability grade

Principle Working Relations:
1、 HQ: Service Dept，Law Dept.
2、 Branch: Install Dept. Finance Dept.

Qualification Requirement:

1. Education: University graduated
2. Experience: Relative experience
3. Language: Good knowledge of English; Fluent Chinese
4. Computer Skills: Familiar with MS office.
5. Other Key Competencies: Be good at contract negotiation
