- JD analysis;
- Conduct cold-calls for executive search and market mapping;
- Search for right candidate under the direction of consultants through call search;
- Follow up candidates’ information;
- Prepare resume and arrange meetings and interviews.
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above;
- Good interpersonal communication skills;
- Open minded with team work spirit and willing to work under pressure
- Excellent in reading and written English and good in verbal;
- Experience in search area is an advantage but not a necessary.
