Analysis the requirement with HR Department and line manager on responsibilities, qualification, salary arrange etc;
Researching and seeking the potential candidates according the arrange of related industry via current talent database, related human recourses and certain methods;
Communicating with suitable candidates to confirm the details on working experience, strength and weakness, personality and management style, potential and analysis candidates’ long term career development via telephone interview or face to face if available, then completing the assessment report and recommending for client;
Communicating with client, arranging the interview and affirming offer decision;
Following the process of every candidate successful or failed and feedback to certain candidates and keeping well relationship with them;
Pay return visits to clients regularly;
Keep and update the talent pool, which containing a large volume of resumes of mid-level to senior managers and executives in many fields;
Participate in recruitment conference(Campus Recruitment),collecting resumes, building up relationship with potential clients, and obtaining labor market tend.
