Position: CRM marketing specialist
Report to: CRM manager
Mission:
Support CRM manager in implementing CRM strategies and preparing CRM marketing calendar. Coordinate CRM project among relevant departments.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze CRM data and prepare CRM report
• Support in collecting data from the system
• Support in collecting information from other department, from the region or from agency
• Prepare monthly project update
• Support CRM manager in preparing the CRM strategies and CRM calendar
• Facilitate the company cross departmental workflow
• Provide analysis and insights from retail CRM database in CRM report
• Prepare monthly CRM KPIs report
Requirements:
• Some previous experience in retail would be preferable
• Good organizational skills
• Good communication skills
• Basic analytical skills
• Quick in understanding request and reacting
• Open mindedness
• Service oriented
• Team player
• University Degree
• English fluency and Mandarin fluency
• PC skills
