Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls from customers and to ensure high level of customer service.
Process customer disputes.
Meet customer requirements in a positive and professional manner and troubleshoot technical problems.
Take appropriate action to resolve issues quickly and effectively.
Qualifications:
1 year related experience; high school diploma or some college preferred
Self starter and be able to multi-task.
Strong computer skills; LAN/WAN, Networking experience.
Strong analytical skills and problem solving capabilities.
Detail oriented.
Professionalism.
Fluent English communication and writing
