For our project team of the Beijing Dongcun project we are looking for an assistant mechanical or process engineer for assisting our team leaders.

Requirements:
• Engineering degree (min. BSc.) of a technical university with major in mechanical, environmental or process technology
• working experience, preferable plant building or environmental industry is useful
• Experience in cooperation with design institutes is useful
• Fluent English in speaking and writing is mandatory
• Good PC skill and familiar with Microsoft Office, AutoCAD
• Good communication skills
• Good team player.

Responsibilities:
As part of a multinational team you will act as an assistant to support our engineering team. To learn about the installed systems you will further take part in the engineering and commissioning of the plant. All this will happen in close interaction with our Shanghai based office and our German based project management.

Project:
Based on the order of the YQB company Beijing, Biomax is building a municipal waste treatment plant with a capacity of 185,000 tons per year in Beijing Dongcun. The construction work has already started and will be finalized in 2008. In the plant the waste is treated with a biological process to create biogas as a renewable energy source. The used processes are built under the license of established European plant building companies. Therefore the project management is executed through our German sister company.

Biomax Environmental Technologies (Beijing) Limited is a successful company in the environmental market. We are involved in the building and operation of waste and waste water treatment plants in China. Currently we have several plants in Shanghai and Beijing under construction.
