Job Description:
1、Meet all contractual requirements for assigned accounts and follow through on commitments and deadlines.
2、Track, respond to, and resolve customer complaints and requests in a timely manner.
3、Identify breakdowns, suggest and implement solutions.
4、Communicate to operations any information on shipments which require special handling.
5、Perform other duties as assigned.
