Job Description:
Oversee all aspects of high volume accounts relating to the transportation of goods and the maintenance of the client’s needs. Work with clients to establish detailed profiles and procedures.
1、 Trace and track customers’ freight.
2、 Stay in contact with the carrier, trucking companies and any agents that will be handing the freight to keep both shipper and consignee aware of any problem.
3、 Provide proof of delivery.
4、 Responsible for taking pickup and data entry work
5、 Handle all daily customer service requests.
6、 Enter shipment data in system and run, maintain, and file reports
7、 Prepare rates and invoices HOWBs.
8、 Prepare and assist quotes for customers.
9、 Other duties as assigned.
Education and Experience
1、 Bachelor Degree
2、 2+ year’s previous work or industry related experience.

3、 Must be adaptable to changing needs of clients and goals of company.
4、 Strong problem solving ability and able to think and respond quickly to service issues.
5、 Working requires affective planning and organization skills to schedule appointment appropriately and to meet reporting deadline.
6、 Work requires a solid working knowledge of the company’s products and service.
7、 Working requires the written communication skills to compose routine business letters and to edit and proof business correspondence and reports.
8、 Software for work processing, spreadsheets, and presentations. as applicable, work may require the ability to generate more elaborate reports.
