* Provide support to users
Qualifications
* Knowledge of PC Backup requirements-data, settings, registry, etc.
* Experience with different techniques (local, data center)
* Experience with Vista - backup and recover, versioning, file caching
* Understanding of ITSM / ITIL
* MCSE or MCSS
* Must have strong written and verbal English skills
* Have understanding of End User Workplace services
