Job Description
* Create software packages
* Test packages
* Documentation
* Provide support to users
Qualifications
* Knowledge of packaging techniques for Microsoft Installer
* Understanding of "Definitive Software Library"
* Familiar with tools such as Macrovision, WISE, etc.
* Familiar with Software Distribution tools HP OVCM and Microsoft System Center
* Understanding of approaches to functional testing
* Familiar with regression testing techniques
* Understanding of ITSM / ITIL
* MCSE or MCSS
* Must have strong written and verbal English skills
* Have understanding of End User Workplace services
