Responsibility
• Provide on site and telephone support to Clients customers located in Greater China region.
• Provide assistance on systems related issues.
• To advise the account representative on any issues relating to a
particular customer.
• Perform systems, peripheral and software installations as required.
• Uses NX/TC/TCNO systems to assist customers with routine product
design, data management and tooling tasks.
• Automates processes through design, development and implementation of
routine front-end graphics, applications programs in one or more of the
computer-aided environment.
• Interacts with sales to define customers’ system requirements.
• Uses data exchange methodologies to facilitate effective data sharing
between similar systems within the customers’ environment.
• Assist and/or trains the customers in the use of NX/TCNO/Teamcenter
• Conduct on-site consulting/mentoring tasks as required by the
customers to improve the usage of companys software.
• To close calls when agreed with the customers.
• Expedite delivery of goods to the customers.
• Complies with the quality system consistent with the requirements of
the companys Quality Management System.
• Provides timely feedback to management regarding issues affecting the
quality of service to the customer.

Requirements
Solid communication skill in Chinese and English
5 years or more experience with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) software
Management experience in leading a customer support team
Degree in Mechanical engineering/Manufacturing/IT
