Office Depot Merchandising (Shenzhen) Co. Ltd. is the newly set up Sourcing Company of Office Depot to better support the Corporate sourcing and operations worldwide. Now Office Depot Merchandising is looking for high caliber to fill the following position:Merchandising Manager

Responsibilities:
1、Works with US executives and Asian management team to establish departmental goals and sourcing strategies for business growth;
2、Liaises with internal business users, overseeing the smooth-running of the whole merchandising process including product development, negotiation, communication and Global vendor evaluation;
3、Measures and monitors supplier performance and capability in order to make appropriate sourcing decisions, provide coaching to suppliers and reporting on metrics;
4、Uses buy plans and product specifications to plan and coordinate product placement decisions by supplier and factory;
5、Acts as key overseas contact for OD overseas markets;
6、Oversees and monitors development projects between internal business users and the merchandising team;
7、Consolidates and communicates market intelligence and business opportunities to product development team in the retail markets;
8、Provides leadership and coaching to their merchandising team to ensure delivery of annual sourcing budgets and business objectives.
Requirements:
1、Bachelors Degree in Business Management/Marketing/Engineering;
2、6-8 years working experience in sourcing and product development of relevant products gained in MNC;
3、Relevant computer skills – Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.Good communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills;
4、Good Communication, analytical, presentation and negotiation skills;
5、Excellent command of English and Mandarin;
6、Customer oriented, Result-driven, Teamwork;
7、Good business acumen and people management.
