1. Senior Research Image Processing Researcher
I. Responsibilities:
- Take a leadership role in a small research group (2-3 persons) and conduct a pioneer research on the advanced medical imaging applications
- Work closely with a multidisciplinary product development team in design and implementation of medical imaging intelligence algorithms.
- Initiate the prototyping of complete solutions to enhance the customer values in healthcare IT.
- Responsible for algorithm research process. Assist in the design and
contribute to the continuous improvement process - Draft the research proposals and investigation research and technology trends to deliver new product growth.
- Design innovative algorithms in medical image pattern recognition and intelligence, be responsible for medical image data collection, and investigate appropriate methodologies in clinical research.
II. Qualifications:
1. Strong research and working experience at least in one of the following contexts:
a. Image enhancement and 2-D image analysis
b. Image segmentation and registration
c. Computerized algorithms, particularly familiar with discrete optimization and nonlinear optimization and signal processing algorithms.
d. Machine learning and artificial intelligence, i.e., in classification algorithm including Bayesian Network, Support Vector Machine, Manifold Learning and etc.
e. Three Dimensional Medical Image Reconstruction
2. Excellent programming skills in C++ language, good understanding of design and analysis of algorithms, familiar with using Matlab and fluent in English.
3. Original thinking, and excellent analytical ability are desirable.
4. Be with strong initiative and ability to solve problems.
5. PhD degree from top Chinese universities or overseas in CS, EE, BME or Math but with a strong publication record or a satisfactory background in the context of medical imaging algorithm design.
6. Two years of related working experience at minimum after PhD degree is granted.
2. Research Image Processing Researcher
I. Responsibilities:
- Assist the senior researchers in carrying out a pioneer research on the advanced medical imaging applications
- Work in a multidisciplinary product development team to implement the medical imaging intelligence algorithms.
- Design, implement and document the computerized algorithms in medical image processing and artificial intelligence.
- Assist senior researchers in drafting the research proposals and investigating technologies in healthcare.
- Work on medical image data collection and assistant the product development teams in clinical research projects.
II. Qualifications:
1. Be with a research experience at least in one of the following contexts:
a. Image enhancement and 2-D image analysis
b. Image segmentation and registration
c. Computerized algorithms, particularly familiar with discrete optimization and nonlinear optimization and signal processing algorithms.
d. Machine learning and artificial intelligence, i.e., in classification algorithm including Bayesian Network, Support Vector Machine, Manifold Learning and etc.

2. Good at C++ or C language, good understanding of advanced data structures.
3. Able to communicate in English.
4. Self-motivated, fast learning, original thinking, and good analytical ability are desirable.
5. PhD degree or master degree from top Chinese universities or overseas in CS.
