Working Location: Shanghai

a. R&D (研发)

Responsibilities:

- Own development of assigned parts in product/subsystem

- Trouble shoot product issues &recommend/implement solutions

- Develop testing methodologies for design & verification, need to work with cross functional team during development and production to achieve set team goal.

Requirements:

-Mechanical/Material Engineering Degree/Masters or Science degree in Physics

-Knowledge in Mechanism & Automation Design Preferred

-Knowledge in Plastic, sheetmetal and Rubber Parts, familiarity in CAD tools, e.g. Pro-E, solid designer.

-1 or 2 years working experience before is preferred

-Willing to travel overseas

-Can work under high pressure

A1. Human Resources (人力资源)

Responsibilities：

-Be responsible for the training needs survey, analysis

-Prepare yearly training plan and training budget tracking

-Follow up with training plan implementation and evaluation

-Organize internal training and update training record

-Support staffing team for campus recruitment

-Liaise with line managers for JD and agents for job fair, etc

Requirements:

-Master degree in Human Resources/Law/IT

-Fluent English in writing, reading and listening

-Good at MS office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

-Strong communication skills and can build the rapport quickly

-A quick learner and willing to work under high pressure

-Passionate with positive attitude

-1 or 2 years working experience before is preferred

A2. Finance (财务)

-Responsible for the financial and accounting affairs

-Consolidate monthly, quarterly and annual reports

-Prepare the budget and forecast

-Maintain relationships with external service providers, auditors, banks, etc.

Requirements:

-Major in Accounting

-Willing to work under high pressure

-Positive attitude and result driven

-1 or 2 years working experience before is preferred

b. Process Manufacturing (工艺管理)：

l       Assist in Production Floor Engineering Support

l       Involve in production & productivity improvement

l       Participate in New Product Intro & Transfers

c. Test Development（产品测试）：

l       Assist in Test Engineering Support to Production；

l       Calibrate & modify of test equipment for better productivity & quality assurance

l       Participate in New Product Intro & Transfers

d. Quality（质量控制）：

l       Assist in Incoming & Outgoing Quality Control

l       Assist in Quality Improvement Projects

l       Participate in New Product Intro & Transfers

e. Program Management (项目协调)：

l       Assist in the management of key customer accounts

l       Liaise with customer & internal departments to ensure on-time production & shipment

l       Applicants must possess excellent English capabilities

f. Equipment （设备维护）：

l       Assist in Equipment calibration, maintenance to reduce production down-time

l       Participation in production & productivity improvement projects

g. Buyer/Planner(采购与计划)：

l       Materials Sourcing & Purchasing,

l       Expedition of materials delivery & commitment.

l       Manage capacity to ensure optimum output

l       Material Planning to support production

Requirements for b-g positions：

l       Bachelor/Master of Engineering Degree in Electronics or Electrical, Mechanical or Computer Engineering;

l       Knowledge of CAD and MS Office Applications is essential;

l       Good command of spoken & written English, at least CET6 or above;

l       Familiar in reading & interpreting engineering drawings;

l       Independent, fast learner, observant and responsible with high integrity & accountability;

l       Only individuals who are able to withstand stress & a high-speed manufacturing environment need apply.
