1)Senior Embedded SW Engineer

职位描述(Job description): Embedded software development and maintenance of radio network elements or modules.

职位要求 (Qualification Requirements)：
BSCS/EE is required, MECS/EE is preferred
2+ years embedded programming background
Expert in C and C++, RT and Embedded SW Debugging
Knowledge of UML is a must.
Strong learning and troubleshooting abilities, cooperative and self-motivate spirits
Knowledge and experience in the following areas are necessary
Wireless communication system such as Wimax, TD-SCDMA or WCDMA
Experience of PowerPC, MIPS or ARM
Familiar with SW Engineering
Version control tool background including Clearcase and etc.
Excellent communication skills, good command of English.

2) Senior DSP SW Engineers

职位描述 (Job Descriptions):
Responsible for SW development for PHY or MAC of BTS for WCDMA, Wimax or TD-SCDMA.

职位要求 (Qualification Requirements)：
BSCS/EE is required, MECS/EE is preferred
2+ years developing in TI DSP software development, TI C64x background is highly appreciated.
3-5 years experience of embedded SW design.
Proven track record and good skills in embedded SW programming with C and CCS
Background of OSE RTOS is a plus.
Experience of version control tool like Clearcase and etc.
Good knowledge of SW Development Process
Excellent communication skills, good command of English.

3)Senior WiMAX Algorithm Research Engineer
职位描述 (Job Descriptions):
Responsible for developing and making evaluation for WiMAX MAC-layer algorithms in NS-2 environment.Requirements for NS-2 development and simulation position

职位要求 (Qualification Requirements)：
At least, M.E in E.E. or CS, Doctral degree would be prefered
Linux, C/C++ (experience in development under Linux), (O)Tcl
Familiar with UML
Good understandings of principles of discrete event simulations
Good understandings of principles of networking and data communications
2-year experience in modelling and/or implementation of telecommunications systems and protocols.
Strong knowledge of PHY and MAC of the mobile WiMax (802.16e) standards.
Desirable:
Design and/or research experience in radio resource management procedures and algortihms for wireless access networks.
NS-2, Perl, Awk, Matlab.

4)Senior O&M SW Engineer

职位描述 (Job Descriptions):
Implementation of management plane
Possible Development for Network Management Systems
All normal development activates from Design specification, coding, module test, offline test and white box integration test.

职位要求 (Qualification Requirements)：
BSCS/EE is required, MECS/EE is preferred
2+ years developing in O&M software development area including CLI infrastructure and commands, MIBs using SNMP and etc.
Expert with C/C++
Familiar with UML, XML and CORBA
Good understanding of SW Engineering
Experience of Version Control tool like Clearcase and etc.
Excellent communication skills, good command of English.

5)Senior I&V Engineers

职位描述 (Job Descriptions):
Team member responsible for integrating hardware and software products into operational elements during software development and testing the physical and logical interfaces between products and subsystems

职位要求 (Qualification Requirements)：
MECS/EE is preferred
capability to lead small team
Familiar with some test scripting language, e.g. TTCN-3
Understanding of radio network systems is recommended
Test lab experience (analyzers, simulators, testers) is a plus
Excellent communication skills, good knowledge of English.
