Job Responsibilities
-Help customer fix their HW problem by phone;
-Establish good relationship and achieve high level of customer satisfaction;
-Manage customer call & field resource to service request completion.
Job Requirements
-Hardware experience is prefer;
-Knowledge of IBM hardware, LAN/WAN, Lotus software, Windows 9X/NT/XP/2000, OS/2 Warp, Dos & Linux is preferred;
-Produce clear, concise, accurate written communication, clearly conveying thoughts and ideas to peers, management and customers;
-Learn and apply new equipment and tools within an acceptable timeframe, and assume ownership of assignment, completing commitments on time;
-MCSE or Linux certification is preferred;
-Willingness to perform as a support engineer to field engineer;
-Acceptance of night shift is mandatory;
-Good reading and spoken English is preferred.
