SAP Hiring Intern (Training & Development)

Position: Intern (Training & Development)
Team: Training & Development

Location: SAP Labs China, Shanghai

Short description:

SAP in China is providing software solutions, and is delivering services for the global, regional and local market.

Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Support the organisation of trainings & workshops for our employees
- Plan, setup and introduce training curricula and adapt existing curricula to our needs
- Negotiate with local and international training providers
- Support our employees as internal training service provider
- Support the set-up of an effective training & development infrastructure
- Support in other operations tasks as assigned

Requirements:
- University candidate in grade 3, or 2nd year in postgraduate study, ideally graduating in 2009
- Psychology and HR Major preferred
- Excellent English skills (both oral and written)
- Hard working
- Able to work & communicate effectively with foreign colleagues

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 6 months

Working Hours: At least 3 days per week
