Worldlink Call Center Intern
Job Summary
To address a variety of medical projects via telecommunication such as: patients inquire, pre-screen enrollment into clinic, provide prompt drug/medical information if applicable, physician scheduling, monitor calls and provide feedback etc.
Qualifications
1. Excellent English or Japanese communication skills (native or highly fluent), fluency in multiple languages is a plus
2. Customer focus, computer literate
3. Good team player
