JOB DESCRIPTION
We are looking for a high potential new grad to join our HR team and participate in our exciting two-year rotational program. This program includes extensive training to build a strong base of HR capabilities and knowledge, as well as wider business acumen and leadership skills. Using the latest technology, participants interact virtually between regions and across many functions, gaining frequent exposure to the senior leadership team. New Grads are supported in their development through mentoring and a network of previous participants of the program.
The chosen individual will have the opportunity to work on several projects in various functional areas within Human Resources, which include employee relations, recruiting, global compensation & benefits, HR operations, diversity, and talent strategy. Assignments may include working with our Leadership Development programs, joining an Employee Engagement team, coordinating"HR for HR" activities, improving current HR processes, and much more! This is a rare developmental role for someone keen to enter into the HR field and gain valuable, broad-range experience.
